Disproportionately small, asymmetric breasts can be a cause of significant psychological distress. Deflated breasts after pregnancy can also cause poor self esteem and confidence. It is possible to achieve a NATURAL LOOK and FEEL while enhancing your breast size by choosing the correct implant, suited for your body type.
As a female cosmetic surgeon, I am grateful that patients are able to freely confide in me and spell out their expectations, so we can take a decision together as a TEAM and do what is best for them.
WHY DO WOMEN GET BREAST IMPLANTS?
SMALL BREAST SIZE
Women can safely and easily enhance their breast size and shape. A breast implant not only improves the chest contours, it can also give you a fabulous cleavage.
SAGGY BREASTS AFTER
PREGNANCY AND WEIGHT LOSS
After pregnancy and breastfeeding, Breasts lose their firmness and become loose and saggy. The fullness and shape can be restored by inserting an implant and filling up the loose skin.
ASYMMETRIC OR MALFORMED
BREASTS
Some women are born with unequal or misshapen breasts. It is possible to normalize breast appearance and feel by a breast implant surgery.

As a female plastic surgeon, I like to connect with my patients on a personal level and understand their concerns and expectations. For the first 24 to 48 hours, patients may experience some discomfort and a feeling of tightness in the chest. Most patients do not experience pain after 2-3 days. You can get back to work in 7-10 days.
After breast augmentation surgery you will need to use a well fitted sports bra for 6-8 weeks. Some activities like jogging, high impact exercises and swimming will be restricted for 6 weeks. The enhancement is apparent immediately post breast augmentation surgery. However, the breast implants may initially sit high on the chest wall, which is completely normal for the first 10 to 12 weeks. The implants will sit high because they are placed in a tight space comprised of skin and muscle. Throughout the recovery process, the skin will start to adjust and stretch, allowing the implants to drop/settle into a more natural position.
